蔡医生是暄晖的资深顾问医生，她对乳腺疾病和肿瘤保乳手术的管理和研究特别感兴趣。
教育经历和资质
她获得新加坡国立大学 (NUS) 医学学位，并在新加坡总医院和国家癌症中心接受了普外培训。蔡医生是首批同期中完成高级外科培训的医生之一，并在资格考核中被爱丁堡皇家外科学院考官委员会评为最佳候选人。
乳腺疾病的管理和研究
蔡医生从未停下脚步，2006年她加入新加坡唯一一家独立的乳腺外科单位——竹脚妇幼保健院乳腺科，选择将实践完全投入到乳腺疾病的管理和研究中。
接受了乳腺肿瘤整形和重建手术培训
在认识到平衡乳腺癌手术治疗中肿瘤控制和整形结果的重要性后，蔡医生在著名的英国诺丁汉乳腺研究所开始了乳腺肿瘤研究，并于2009年获得人力资源发展项目奖项。她曾在美国纽约市Memorial Sloan Kettering癌症中心、法国里昂Berard癌症中心和英国爱丁堡西部总医院等多家机构的乳腺和重建科进行访问和考察。蔡医生是当地屈指可数的接受过乳腺肿瘤整形术正规培训的乳腺外科医生之一，这成为她现在乳腺癌治疗的手术选择之一。她的其他专长还包括微创乳腺活检技术以及不可触及的乳腺肿瘤定位与切除。
研究兴趣
蔡医生是一位硕果累累的科研人员和作者，她在许多当地、区域和国际期刊上发表了大量文章，还撰写了一本书的章节——肿瘤整形包乳手术的结果回顾，并参与了A级和国家医学委员会研究资助下的多项多机构联合科研合作。
国际认可
