林淑娴医生是我们的资深高级顾问医生。她的主要专业兴趣在于乳房保留重建手术及微创乳房手术。在加入暄晖之前，林医生曾于新保集团杜克–国大乳腺中心、新加坡中央医院以及新加坡国立癌症中心担任资深顾问，并且拥有丰富的临床经验。她擅长多种乳腺癌手术，包括保乳手术、微创乳房切除术、局部乳房重建及乳房缩小手术等。林医生不仅热衷于临床工作，同时也热心参与医学教学 ，积极于培训下一代外科医生。她也投身于国际乳腺癌研究，持续推动医疗水平进步。
专业培训与资历
林医生于2008年以优异成绩取得马来亚大学荣誉学位，随后在新加坡国立大学取得外科医学硕士学位，并于2017年成为爱丁堡皇家外科医学院院士。
她曾在新加坡中央医院完成高级乳腺外科专科培训，专注于乳房保留及重建技术训练。林医生于2022年前往韩国的Asan Medical Center深造并着重于微创乳房手术的培训。她之后于2023年前往伦敦的皇家马斯登医院学习先进的乳房保留重建技术。
荣誉与成就
林医生长期投身于外科教育，在培训住院医生及初级外科医生的培训计划中扮演重要的角色。 作为普通外科住院医生培训项目的副主任，她积极参与课程开发以及导师指导。因其在教学方面的杰出表现，她于2013年获得新加坡国立大学杨潞龄医学院颁发的Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence。
在科研方面，她专研于腋窝手术优化、 乳腺肉瘤和叶状肿瘤，并致力于扩展乳房保留手术的应用范围。她已发表超过15篇经过同行评审的研究论文，并在多个国际乳腺癌会议中展示其研究成果。值得一提的是，她曾担任由新加坡中央医院资助的研究计划首席研究员 ，主导探讨乳腺肉瘤与叶状肿瘤的预后因素及治疗效果 。
此外，林医生也积极参与医院管理工作，曾任Elective Surgery Task Force及Operating Theatre Management Committee成员，协助制定以病人为中心的手术护理政策。
凭借卓越的专业服务与敬业精神，林医生屡获殊荣，包括2025年Singapore Health Quality Service Gold Award、2024年Singapore Health Quality Service Silver Award, 2024与2015年Service with a Heart Award、2016年SingHealth Best Registrar Award，以及马来亚大学时期多项本科生荣誉与奖章。
